Dr. Sharma is currently a Cornea, refractive and anterior segment surgeon at Shantilal Shanghvi Eye Institute (SSEI). Before joining SSEI, Dr Sharma has worked as a faculty at LV Prasad Eye Institute, especially in providing corneal services to the underprivileged in the state of Telangana. Her interest lies in management of complex ocular surface disorders and corneal endothelial pathologies. Her surgical interests include performing lamellar transplantation and ocular surface reconstruction procedures.
She has to her credit several PubMed indexed publications in peer reviewed Indian and International Journals in the field of Cornea and anterior segment diseases. She has presented numerous papers in National and International conferences. She believes in excellent and compassionate care for all, combing her clinical skills with modern technological advances.
